Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) System
"With over 10,000 organizations’ quality management systems being certified by us in the past two decades, Beijing Standal Certification Center (CSCC for short) has achieved rich experiences in QMS certification. As one of mainstream certification bodies in China, CSCC enjoys high reputation. CSCC can issue certificates with CNAS accreditation symbol in 34 IAF codes
On 9th November, 2009, ZDHY was authorized by CNCA and became one of the first certification bodies that can engage in GMP and HACCP.
The applied standards are:
GB 12693-2010 National food safety good manufacturing practice for milk products
GB 23790-2010 National food safety good manufacturing practice for powdered formulae infants and young children
GB/T 27341-2009 Hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) system-General requirements for food processing plant
GB/T 27342-2009 Hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) system-General requirements for dairy processing plant
The validity of HACCP certificate for a dairy product factory is 2 years. The first surveillance audit after the initial audit shall be performed within 12 months after the last day of stage-2 audit. The interval between surveillance audits shall not exceed 12 months. The surveillance audits shall be performed under the circumstances of manufacturing.

 Product Certification
